Rate the Sellers shipping promptnessAlibris ought to inform the buyer of the seller's shipping record...I just bought a book with a TWO WEEK shipping window....had I known they were that bad,I would have bought from another vendor! 
Poor Customer ServiceAlibris has very poor customer service, I bought a book, but it was never received. I contacted customer service about it, they just told me to contact the seller who never responded. This is theft!

avoid book depositoryI too ordered a book from Book Depository in December. I received notification that the book had shipped on Dec. 17 and should arrive by January 4.
