Selling books and noting their conditionHi, I am looking to sell a bunch of used books, and I wonder if there is a way to define the rating system? Are there definitions anywhere, as to what "very good" vs "good" are? Does it vary from one site to the next (I'm selling them on Half.com)? Thanks!

Shipping costs$25.98 to send two books to Italy is way above what Amazon charges (usually $20).I will never buy from Alibris again.

Extremely HappyThis is the first time I've ordered from Alibris and the textbook came earlier than expected, was exactly what I ordered and I was even impressed with the way it was packaged. It's just nice to have things go so well...thanks Alibris!

Withdraw complaint for Alibris - Complaint with Crow and WeaselHi - I want to withdraw my complaint. While it is not resolved yet Alibris Client Services contacted me and seems to be working this problem out. I still have a problem with the Crow and Weasel in Walbridge, Ohio but it is my feeling Alibris will help me correct the problem and refund my money.

Shipping from OthersI have been waiting for two books from some other sellers for over a month now. I've sent notes to the sellers and their attitude is we sent it, too bad it hasn't gotten there, What recourses do I have other than trashing the book shops and Alibris on my social networks?
