Toynbee's A Study of History - UnabridgedDoes anyone know where to get this? It isnt on the internet, and I'm starting to think that either I have to buy it for $$$$ from a collector or that it doesnt exist otherwise. If someone could point me in a decent direction, I would appreciate it.
