learn about effective dieting

A good read...helps explain Dr. Simeon's approach to dieting. He says that weight around our middle is caused by a faulty hypothalamus gland. He worked for 25 years to get a good plan to reset this gland. I'm enjoying the process and doing well. More

Too many contradictions. TV ad says no exercise. Books requires 1 hour per day of walking. No mention of injections in TV ad. Book requires a licensed physician to provide supervision and to oversee some sort of injection every morning. Much too complicated and costly for every day people. More

Kevin has a lot of good information but to really use the weight loss cure he talks about, you either have to be reallllllly rich or live outside of the USA and the FDA. I was disappointed in realizing that although Kevin has great information, it's about selling books. More
