Best Diet Book Ever1
I, like a lot of people, have been struggling for years to eat right and lose weight. The concepts in this book are so down to earth, so simple, and realistic, I feel sort of dumb. The answer to healthier and more productive me was right before my eyes the whole time. But like most people, I wanted a quick and easy, temporary solution. But being healthy should be a lifetime commitment and Tosca Reno makes it that easy. The hardest part for me any way was drinking more water and eating 5-6 times a day, but other than that the program only ask that you stick to putting only good foods in your body and saying no to those that are bad ones. I think anyone really determined to be better physical can do that.

This book is great! This book explains how to change your lifestyle, not just go on another diet. The explanations are simple and easy to understand. Tosca Reno explains the benefits of "clean eating" in a way that is scientific but simple. This book is very informative. Also there are recipes in the back that are delicious! If you stick with clean eating lifestyle you will reap the benefits!
