Incredibly useful and practical
With the glut of self-help books on the market today, it is refreshing to come across one that doesn't claim to hold the Magic Bullet or The One Secret Answer that will effortlessly transform your life. Rather, Ryan methodically and engagingly exposes seemingly every type of barrier to personal change, along with different ways that different people have successfully managed to overcome these challenges. Her continuing theme is that everyone has different fears and motivations, so it is necessary to find what works for *you*, personally. Fortunately, she skillfully combines information and anecdotes to provide whatever tools you need to finally move your life forward with confidence of success.
