I would have liked this book a whole lot better if the authors hadn't been so cute with their writing.
It contains much easily understood, useful information about our bodies and how they work. It also provides good information about strategies for success at "waist management."
But I can only read so many lines like "... your stomach feels fuller than a Baywatch bathing suit" before the text grows tiresome.

Practical Information about eating good food
This book is easy to read and fun to look at. The information is great for people who know little to nothing about nutrition and are looking to make a lifestyle change. It's a good book to get you headed in the right direction.

I'm one of those people that need W A I S T L I N E management, I have lead a sedentary life for the past 2 years after having had 4 major surgeries and I'm just now coming back to normal.

Explains the process of weight gain and loss.
This book has a detailed explanation of what exactly is going on inside your body; why you gained weight other than someone saying you eat too much when in fact some of us that is not the case; what you can do to lose weight with ideas that noone has told you about; exercises you can do at any size at home for free; what to and not to eat; recipies; and more. I really enjoyed this book and work out at least 5 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes each. Everyone compliments me on how good I look. You can do this!

Easy to understand book!
I work in a medical center and am familiar with most of the things talked about in this book, however, I have never read one that made it so simple for the average patient to understand. Excellent teaching tool!!
