Like New. Condition: Near Fine; "1955, Odense. 24mo. 4 volumes in specially designed box. Each in blue cloth with white gilt illustration and gilt titles to spine. Texts clean, in almost unread condition; binding solid. Each vol has sm purple stamp to title page, apparently from publisher, bearing publisher's name with fleur-de-lis insignia. DJs show very minor, almost unnoticeable spotting to a couple of vols; Vols 3 and 4 have very sm closed tears to spine head; Vol 1 has very minor creasing and very minor shelfwear to spine head; else overall remarkably clean. Box shows signs of dustsoiling to front, with patch of sun; upper left and right corners with tape where originally stapled; sm stamp ('SHIRTING') to lower edge."
