What war is like!

A good book once one starts to read, it will be hard to put down, short and not full of war stories, it tells a story. A story of a young man required to go to war at first not realising what war is, but having no choice. Then the realization of what war really is and the disillusionment. You are there, you feel the excitment tnen what follows. History of many German soldier and what they had to do even if they disagreed and disliked it. The alternative was even worse.
