The book is a bit small, in my opinion, but it is a help in determining carb count.. I would much prefer a larger, more complete book. However, it is still a better than most books that include calories, carbs, etc. in that it gives a breakdown of the different types of carbs instead of just the total carbs, as is generally found in most of those other books.
