Unread First Edition/First Printing in As New condition in alike dust-jacket, SIGNED by author Nicholas Sparks; A science journalist, specializes in exploring the supernatural. On his travels to the small town of Boone Creek, North Carolina, he is determined to find the real cause behind the ghostly appearances in the town cemetery. Totally unplanned though is him meeting and falling in love with the granddaughter of the town psychic.
I wasn't expecting to like this book because I just don't care for paranormal stuff, but it wasn't really about that at all.
It was a love story between two people who have emotional baggage from past relationships (who doesn't?), and the main conflict is that they each live very different lives in different cities.
Sparks always makes his leading men so funny and charming. A sweet story about making sacrifices for love.
