This book had very insightful content but could have been expressed just as well in an article. Basically it's about taking personal responsibility for situations and learning how to problem solve, by asking the questions that get stuff done- not "why didn't they do their part?" But "what can I do now to help?", that sort of thing. Great content, not necessary to have it drawn out into a book.

This is an excellent book. A quick and easy read, although it may be painful. The short chapters can be read in 5 minutes but carry a punch. Be ready to change your way of looking at life. I was confronted by some of my own selfish thinking and it's made a difference in my own attitude at work and with my famiy. You may want to keep it around for review. Well worth the money.
