One of the first doctors to explore past-life regression as a means of therapy reveals how past and present lives can affect our future lives, and how our future lives can transform us in the here and now. Using dozens of case histories, Dr. Weiss demonstrates the therapeutic benefits of progressing his patients into future lives and reveals what they have discovered: our futures are variable, so the choices we make now will determine the quality of life when we return.
Another absolutely brilliant book by Dr.Weiss opens up so many areas in the mind would love to meet the man I admire his work tremendously I found this book easy to understand yet I was aware that I already knew this it just needed this book to make me recall all the knowledge I have gleaned over many life times would recommend this to anyone searching for understanding of who they really are.
Dr. Weiss is a practicing Psychiatrist and has held many impressive positions in his life time, such as, former chief resident, Department of Psychiatry, at the Yale University School of Medicine, and now, chairman emeritus of psychiatry at the Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami. Why do I give you some of his backgraound? Because if it wasn't so impressive, I would be hard pressed to swallow the idea of progressing patients into the future. I am just now getting comfortable with reincarnation, based on past life regression. Now Dr. Weiss would have us believe that under hypnosis, we can also go into the future and see what our lives will be like then. It's a wonderful idea, but is it truth or fiction. I think that I must read the book several more times before I will be able to understand or believe it. This book is an exercise for the mind.
