I just purchased 3 copies for friends who want to know how I lost weight. It is the only diet that I have lost weight on AND kept it off. If you stick to it, which is not difficult, you will loose and have more energy.
I am not a fan of diets or any other regimented form of food selection. This book combines a diet that can be changed in regard to the way things are cooked and it doesn't make you feel like all your eating is rabbit food. My fiance is 22 years older than I am and this diet helped him lose 50 pounds as well as allow us 1/2 hour twice a day to talk alone while we did the exercise portion. It's very common sense and almost immediately you can feel your energy level rise. It is, in a nutshell, 3 meals and a snack followed by 2 periods of 30 minute exercise. We walk around the block! I super highly reccommend it. You won't feel like your punishing yourself. Good Luck!
