Fatty explains....

Interesting and captivating pseudo - autobiography of Fatty Arbuckle. Hard to imagine today that he was such a big star in the silent film era. Stahl constructs this "autobiography" around the known facts of Arbuckle's life, using imagined content from Arbuckle (as told to his butler). The book leads inevitably to the sordid events whcih resulted in Arbuckle going on trial 3 times for murder before being found innocent (too late to save his ruined name and career). A fun read which does open a door into the life of someone who is today a footnote.
