No just horror!

by LongDaysandPleasantNights on Jun 6, 2009

Many people dismiss Stephen King as a horror writer and say "Ewww, I don't like that stuff!". Well, I'm here to tell you all, this is not the case. The Waste Lands is derived from the T.S. Eliot poem, Waste Lands. Sai King's story is mostly a story of friendship, faith and family. There is tragedy and gore but there is imagination beyond belief. This audio version on CD is read by the late Frank Muller who does more than 'voices'. He personifies the characters and brings them to life. Highly recommended, but don't listen to the Dark Tower series out of order. This is #3.
