Fair. No Jacket. Traditional Regency Romance. "...even if Josephine could trust this accommodating stranger with her virtue, she could not trust herself..." Binding is tight and firm, with light spinal/hinge creases. There is 1/3" tear at bottom/front edge of spine. Shelfwear and corner dings, with a tiny amount of chipping. Two stamps inside, along with one crossed out in purple marker, which bled through to the next page. Small 1 1/2 line store stamp, black ink, top page-edges. The corner of the back cover is torn, with about 1/4" missing, and there's some kind of light stain/mark on the cover. Still in solid reading condition. Bookseller Inventory #BAL-226.
