Very good. Appearance of only slight previous use. Cover and binding show a little wear. All pages are undamaged with potentially only a few, small markings. Help save a tree. Buy all your used books from Thriftbooks. Read. Recycle and Reuse.
This is a book written by a economist from an economist's view. It is boring, boring, boring. A waste of money. Another economist might like it, but I doubt it.

Watch the Trailer Instead
As frequently occurs, the hype did not stand up. This book made a lot of headlines, but the headlines were like a lot of movie trailers versus the reality -- three minutes of action and 2 hours of tedium. This book was really dreadful. Most of it was about how Bush wouldn't listen to his economic advice, how Bush didn't understand economics really well, etc. Tedious economic discussions -- by a person who is not really like a Professor anyway. Then of course there was the unforgetable beginning about getting permission from his wife to take the job...or not. Really, not at all up to the hype. Sorry.
