There's no hype in this title.
This book should be a must read for those willing to pursue the truth concerning fatty acid nutrition benefits and sets the record straight on the common misperception that all saturated fats found in tropical oils are bad fats. Nothing could be further from the truth and there's enough documentation to support a short look at the subject. There is so much helpful nutritional information in the book that I keep it on the bedside table because I need to refer back to assimilate all that's there. After reading the book I began using coconut oil in my daily diet and immediately began losing pounds. Further, the discussion on health effects of dehydration caused me to change my drinking habits to be sure of getting enough water to keep cells hydrated. Success came sooner than I thought: Nerve cells in the feet responded to a lower intensity pulse when using a unit for the treatment of neuropathy. There's so much to explore using the information in this book, that I bought it for both children and also another by Fife titled ."Eat FAT...Look thin." I would recommend them highly.
