This book was a asset to the class I took. It made the discussion imaginary by realistic. I would recommend this book as part of any business course.

Good, quick, easy read for business human relations and productivity concerns, described in a manner reminiscent of a comic book or sci-fi pulp. Motivation by "Zapps", trouble from dragons, who deposit eggs that hatch later.
The analogy grows a bit tiring near the end, but worth finishing.

A Very Powerful Book
I read this book about 7 years ago and I had to search for a copy of my own. I loved this book and it definately sent my career in a positive direction. It is not one of those boring books you struggle through it's an exciting adventure waiting to see what happens next. It's a sure way to turn your work enviroment into a positive one.
