There are some tender moments in this story, but I'm too old to sort out the gist of this story. it's kind of "sick" how Henry slips out of time and becomes naked for reasons I can't comprehend. Perhaps people like it because it's different. But for me, it was a disappointment. I'm still reading it ...

This is a beautiful love story about a man who involuntarily time travels and the woman who loves him. I had a hard time wrapping my head around the author's portrayal of time travel, but overall a pretty good read.

I'm surprised by how divisive this novel is. Seems like the reviews are either one star or five, but not much in between. I was hooked by the plot and enjoyed the novel despite its predictability and clunky prose. It's a guilty pleasure and a good pick for a summer read.
