This is the first book of the goddess series by P.C. Cast. It is wonderful and makes you anxious to enjoy the others. Every woman has an inner goddess and this series really makes the reader realize that and appreciate herself more. This was a book that I couldn't put down until I finished it and then went searching for the next one in the series.

Luv the book!!
I just love this book. I have read many of her books but this is a favourite. P.C. Cast is a genuine artist in the way she uses mythology to create her stories. Her charachters are always interesting. In Goddes of the Sea Air Force Sergeant Christine "CC" Canady wants a little magic in her life.On her 26th birthday drunk, she performs an impromptu ritual to the Goddess. Next day on her way to Iraq their plane crashes. When she is near death a mermaid,Undine changes places with her. Now stuck in the middle of Dark ages CC must choose between Dylan, the gorgeous merman and Andus, the knight in shining armor as her true love before she is abducted by Spardon, her step-brother and forced into marriage with him.
