Good Starter Book for Acupressure
I am now in my final 3 semesters (of 9) of acupuncture school, but years ago when I was an opera singer on the road touring, I used acupressure to keep my chronic pain syndrome under control so I could rehearse and perform and travel day after day after day.
This book is very easy to understand and the protocols are easy to follow. I highly recommend it. It's designed for rank beginners, so don't worry if you have absolutely no knowledge of the subject of acupuncture points and massage. Michael Reed Gach gives you everything you need to perform effective self-massage to treat all the most common ailments, everything from sinus headaches to fibromyalgia to insomnia to shoulder pain.
