This book reviews women's needs for movement throughout the lifespan, with specific exercises for each age group. Seems a bit brief for those post-menopause, yet comprehensive for all others. The theme of "getting out of the box" of modern living and into a full range of movement to keep our bodies aligned and strong is a good one, with lots of cheerleading about the need to do the exercises everyday. I'm using it- and benefiting from it. If you have specific health problems, the earlier Pain Free book is probably the place to start, but this one is great for everyday women's health.
