This book is a pretty good book for anyone who is a true Disney fan. It manages to give great tips that anyone can put to use as far as customer service goes, not just for executives in a company. It also presents itself as a "story", not as a "text book" type material. You can learn while you immerse yourself in a story that sets itself smack dab in the middle of the Magic Kingdom!!
