Every U.S. citizen should read this

I read this oral history shortly after publication. Now, I have recently purchased the book. It is hard to read (emotionally) at times, but ' I feel that as U.S. citizens we need to understand the great price of life and the suffering that happened on 9-11 and never forget the terrible losses of that day.
