I learned about this author and book on Michael Perry's website. I never knew that there was such a spot as the Bohemian Alps in Nebraska. As my mother was all Bohemian, I had to get it. Glad that I did, as I am always on the lookout for a good local memoir. I have yellow post-its sticking out from many of the pages, as the writing is so excellent.
