This is a really interesting collection of essays by women ranging in age from 20's to 60's, about how they negotiated today's life challenges: work, family, relationships. They are mostly writers by trade, so that may skew their perspectives a bit, and it may sound whiny at moments, but a really, really good read for anyone in the throes of (or contemplating) marriage and parenthood while maintaining one's work life.
