I purchased this book years ago and I can honestly say that it changed my life. The author's premise is that by writing your life's goals down, your subconscious mind will work on achieving them. After several years of following the book's content, I have achieved a multitude of my goals--both small and large. I believe that by working on the goals in advance, resistance is broken down, making achievement a much smaller final step in the process. As a true believer in the value of this book, I have given it away as a gift three times. Two of these gift receivers also swear by the book, the third has yet to read it. While not the most fascinating of books, it is readable and enlightening.
