DJ lightly sunned, edgewear with a few tiny chips, no tears. Someone has "doctored" both panels of the DJ and the ffep (which is also the half-title. On the rear panel is pasted a b&w picture of a bearded Waldrop in a tophat and greatcoat, wielding a sword and holding a flag. Another copy of that picture has been cut up and parts of it are glued to the front panel (like a collage), and 3 small pieces are on the ffep. The head of the figure is glued right above Waldrop's name. Then they added a second DJ made of plain white paper to protect the original DJ. SIGNED and inscribed by Waldrop to "Walter and Kathy, " the poet Walter Hall. Digital photos available.

Pages crisp and clean, showing only delicate age-toning at the outside edges of the page block and otherwise excellent. Unclipped jacket bears a short, closed tear at the upper right front, another at the upper right rear, and some toning at the edges and spine, yet remains quite attractive and is now protected in a clear, archivally safe sleeve. 56pp.
