You'll meet a boy who turns into a TV set, and a girl who eats a whale. The Unicorn and the Bloath live there, and so does Sarah Cynthia Sylvia Stout who will not take the garbage out. This is a great book to have on tape. The author does a great job of helping kids love poetry.
I would really encourage anyone who hasn't heard Shel read his own work to do it, find an audio book and enjoy.
