Works as you read it!

Although aimed at (I guess) clinicians helping clients with depression. This book can help YOU if you act on the many directives outlined. I found myself myself going, 'oh yeah, so that's what I do!'. By changing my thought processes I found myself lifted and not so depressed even before I got part-way through this book. Anyone who is slightly interested in NLP, Bandler, Satir and late great Milton H Erickson will find this book very helpful if they experience depression. If you're not a clinician you might some of the jargon a little heavy going, but that doesn't diminish from the quality of the book as whole. Michael Yapko has a wonderful sensitivity to the subject matter. A great read.
