Very good. Single leaf, folded to make four quarto pages. Front cover is printed in black & red ink and is similar to a title page. Center spread are specimen pages: verso is "Camp Fire, preparing the evening meal" text, and recto is the b/w illustration of the same. Rear cover has four paragraphs describing the text, the book itself, and Miller & Ross. Printed at the bottom is "Send the enclosed postage-paid order form today" with Dawson's Book Shop's address in LA. Order form not present. Printed.
Very Good + No Jacket. Book A very nice copy, with minimal wear and internal library markings. A detailed study of paintings of the American West and the Native American culture that once inhabited it, by Alfred Jacob Miller, with many illustrations and descriptions.

A rare, first hand view of the early West and the men who travelled in it. Scarce.
