Very, VERY basic

If you are just getting started (and I *really* mean "just") you will find this book helpful - it saves you the effort of reading from the monitor. The same basic rules you will find in every training or bodybuilding site, with the same basic exercises ... If you are fan of bodybuilding books (like I am), buy it just in case - otherwise it's a waste of money.
