Enjoyable read!

Delightful read! I was laughing and seeing myself thinking and doing some of the things that Mattie was doing. I give this a 5 star for allowing me to enter another world in a relaxed manner. The book prompted me to think and be better.

Very entertaining!

Clyde Edgerton's book: "Walking Across Egypt" bridges the gap between a more innocent, small-town place in time, and modern times. Mattie has a heart of gold and wants to reach out and help 'one of the least of these'. So, she finds someone in need, a young juvenile delinquent, and proceeds to help. What ensues is a humorous and engaging adventure of the heart. If you enjoy this book, you might also like Clyde Edgerton's "Raney".
