Very good. Previous owner's name to FFEP. Sunning to spine, mild edge/shelfwear to surfaces and extremities. In very nice shape for a book over 100 years old. Text edges and pages age-tanned. Lettering to spine nearly faded out. White debossed lettering to red illustrated front board. Over one hundered and fifty humorous drawings. 389 pp. Clean, mildly shaken. This is Bill Nye's fourth book of his thoughts. "I had long hoped to pubish a larger, better and, if possible, a redder book than the first; one that would contain my better thoughts, thoughts that I had thought when I was feeling well; thoughts that I had emitted while my thinker was rearing up on its hind feet..."
