Good. No Jacket. Book. 8vo-over 7¾-9¾" tall. Clean unmarked pages. Gift inscription and tiny hole on front end paper. Hard cover has gilt and color illustration on front. Gilt print on spine somewhat faded. Cover has lightly bumped corners and edge wear on spine. 1926 4th printing. No jacket. Not ex-library. Carefully wrapped and promptly shipped within one business day with tracking number.

"The main concern of the author has been to draw attention to an immensity of almost unexplored mountain, dersert, canon and flowery plain, which tyhe average tourist sees-if at all-from the car window.". Light spotting to spine, extremities rubbed. Spine lettering dull, bumps andwear to corners and spine ends. The only marking found is to the fly page witha craon underlined 10 about an inch high and 3 inches long, and light water stain to the table of content.

Good. Used, book shows wear along text block edges from sunning. Spine shows rubbing to tips and gilt lettering is faded. Hint of rubbing along bottom edge. NO markings but is still in solid reading condition. Pasadena's finest new and used bookstore.
