This book describes what Moses saw in heaven and was commanded by God to duplicate for the children of Israel as the means of approaching God for atonement of sin through shed blood of animals, which was a symbol and type of the promise of the perfect sacrifice which was to come. It established for the people a demonstration of God's love and generous giving, as well as, a demonstration of their faith in the true and living God, who chose them to be His own possession and witness to the nations. It enriches the reader's understanding of the love of God and how to come before His Presence.
