Rufus Harms, to the casual onlooker, is a loser and a nobody. He has been in prison for 25 years for the brutal killing of a young girl. Truth is not so simple!
I have loved all of Baldacci's work since I first read The Christmas Train years ago. His ability to skillfully sustain and then intertwine multiple plots is incredible. If you like Baldacci's typcial thriller type mysteries and you find yourself cheering for the underdog, you are sure to find this to be a great read.

Another Baldacci winner
Of the several Baldacci novels I have read so far this one really stands out for me as the best of the lot. Of course, I have yet to read the rest - one at a time - until I have reached that goal !!
