Somatic effects of the mind on the body

by Bryan J on Jan 14, 2012

Great book easy to read with great insite on the latest theory of how we now think the mind has such a powerful effect on the body. With the use of Ericksonian hypnotherapy and maybe with just good thinking we can change the chemical activity in our brain which can alter how we feel, think, and even create a powerful and effective healing response in our immune system. Filled with good stories, reading this book is time well spent.
