I skimmed this book -- it was bought as a gift for someone else. What I read I liked. The recipient was a younger person, so he has not yet let me know if he liked the gift.
The vendor provided excellent, timely service, and the book received was as expected from the description.

Best Seafood Ever
I first got this delightful and practical cookbook in 1970 on vacation to the Cape. For years after, on annual vacations, I tried to find him to talk with him and appreciate his skill. When I did finally find him, I was stunned to find that he was a deaf mute from childhood ear infections. I got this copy for my daughter who enjoys to cook, also. This is a good reference book.
