HUMANISTIC in its approach; fascinating

After reading this book I understand the mind-spirit-body connection in a way that even Jung did not provide. The DOING of life; the VIVIDNESS of language that is not bound to NOUNS but to movement and color and sound and action -- this is only part of what this small volume has to offer: and it is wonderful to read and absorb.
