If you want to make fabulous recipes this book is it, every recipe I tried came out great.

There are a dizzying array of recipes for making beautiful rich baked goods. Butterphobes need not apply here. There are a few recipes that are off the beaten path; the Crumb Biscotti are the best use for cookie or cake crumbs I've ever seen and the Farmhouse Tortes are a wonderful starting point for delicious little ricotta cakes.
