This book was a wonderful read which I completed in less than two days. Although a work of fiction, it encourages the reader to ponder the perspectives of those individuals mentioned in scripture who are not always central figures or who's perspectives are not typically considered, as well as those figures with whom we have all come to be so familiar. It brought tears to my eyes more than once.
