Great book

by Razib O on Oct 18, 2012

This is a great book to study undergraduate electrodynamics. It was enough depth necessary to grasp the material. Besides, Dr. Griffith is great in explaining.

The book was fine, but it came with a little dent at the boton, problably due the shipping.

Worth the money/time

This book is worth the time to read. Griffiths explains a challenging subject in a way that's fairly easy to understand.

Nice introduction to electrodynamics at the junior level. Well written and clear.

Great book, but not really an introduction

by plasmaguy on Apr 1, 2007

This is an amazing book for solidifying your knowledge of E&M, and definitely prepares you for more advanced texts like Jackson's Classical E&M. However, if you are new to the subject, I would definitely not use this book to learn, it somewhat assumes you are familiar with elementary techniques such as charge symmetries and circuit analysis. Otherwise, buy it!
