Life changing help-Common sense approach
I bought this copy of "Hope and Help for your Nerves" for a friend. The books of Dr. Claire Weekes were a great help to me many years ago when I was experiencing physical symptoms and emotional stress in my life do to a family members' illness. It helped me understand the source of these problems and through her simple explanations and techniques I found a way of facing and accepting their manifestations that has helped me cope with any stressful situations I've experienced throughout my life. I believe this book would be a wonderful help to anyone who needs help finding their way back to peace of mind and a calm repose of the body's stress responses.
