I own the original version of this book - it's one of my favorites and I keep buying it for friends who love the food I make from it. Gourmet flavorful recipes that even hardcore critical non-vegetarians enjoy. Some are a little labor intensive, but all are excellent. The Cheese Nut Loaf is my standby for holiday vegetarian meals, and the Polenta Casserole is an easy meal for guest dinners. Great salads too.
