Allen tricks again

Life change has begun. Allen pulls his little tricks in this book and next thing you know you are a vegitarian!....What! Don't be put off by scares like that so quick. I'm a huge meat eater and love my ice creams, chocolate milk and double cream for my coffee, at least up until a month ago. I've willingly made changes, weight hasn't flown off yet but it will. I don't really care how fast, put the scale in the closet, feeling good with a great attitude. I honestly look forward to meal creations and exploring all the natural good foods we were meant to live by. I know this sounds hippy dippy but this book has really opened my eyes and has seemed to work. It's not a diet but a reasonable explanation to what we were made to eat and why. Myths are debunked, natures examples are shown to be everywhere and next thing you know something clicks. I haven't had that 'click' in decades of diets, wieght watcher clinics and other boring nutritional educationals. Allen Carr has a way of producing that something that finally 'clicks', painlessly and without effort. The books relatively short and an easy read. There are no charts, calorie tables or food lists contained therein either, just common sense. You have lots to lose so give yourself a treat and read this book.
