Book arrived within anticipated time period and in described condition. Smooth transaction; no bumps on the road. Will do business with these folks again. Many parallels in the book to South Beach (high protein, good carbs, avoid starches and empty calories), but with a lot of good insights about benefits and drawbacks of a variety of foods. Some good motivational content. Overall, a balanced, good-sense, doable approach. Have already lost a pound or two, and am beginning to change my approach to eating, pretty much, painlessly (i.e., I'm eating more intelligently).
