Mr. Doneen, at the time when you received the final receipt, or certificate that you have just examined, and at all times prior thereto, I wish you would state whether you were under any contract or agreement or understanding, express or implied, with any other person whomsoever, that this claim should be held by you for the benefit of anyone but yourself to any extent?--A. I was under no agreement or contract with any person. Q.
